What Can I do if I am a BUYER  who wants to see a home, but does not want to leave my home due to the Covid19 outbreak?

If you see a home you like online, you can set up a viewing one of three ways.

1.  You can let the agent go alone and video the interior of the home for you.  In this way you will be able to get a close up look at certain details of the home such as Granite countertops, remodeled bathrooms, and wood flooring...just as if you were there!

2. Another way to view a home with an agent if you do not want to leave your home, is to get on a video call with your agent to view the home virtually together and talk about it at the same time.  The agent can show you details of the home that might not be viewable with a typical online tour.

3. The last way to view the home is to meet your agent there 1:1 bringing with you all the necessary safety requirements such as a mask, gloves, sanitizer etc.

What Can I do if I am a SELLER who wants to list my home now but does not want the public to come inside to view my home?

If you have decided you would like to list your home, you are encouraged to do it virtually like many sellers are choosing to do! This has been very successful and works seamlessly with the typical marketing that goes along with putting your home on the market.

Your home will be viewed by potential buyers online via a precise virtual tour which sometimes also can be showcased with an additional tour with Matterport, a 3D virtual and visual tour platform that is being used to give buyers a first hand look.  This touring tool helps buyers see what it really feels like to walk through your front door and around each floor of your home!

The photographer would have to come into the home one time to get the needed video and the whole process should not take more than one hour.
